I’ve spent much of the past few years doing gut healing protocols… and realize now that many of those suggestions are contraindicated for MCAS and this is likely why I am not feeling better after many years. My healing efforts were misplaced and that was a lot of time and money invested, so this HUB is a very special to me!

I'm an opera singer and have always been a highly sensitive person in a highly sensitive body, but for the last almost two years, it's been really out of hand to the point that it started to impact my throat. And for a singer, the throat is pretty much everything.

No, there are many resources for you within the Highly Sensitive Body (HSB) Hub relevant to all aspects of having an HSB, not only those pertaining to people who have been diagnosed with MCAS, POTS, Dysautonomia, Long C*vid, and related conditions. Since these conditions are notoriously hard to diagnose, many people may have them and not know.
This is an all-in-one information center for complex, misunderstood medical conditions. When I was in the throes of MCAS, POTS and symptomatic hypermobility, I had nowhere to find this information. I pulled together 15 of the top experts in these conditions and in HSBs and put their genius all in one place because this information is very hard to find anywhere online.
