Once you are ready to move forward, your provider will reach out to book your initial session!
You will have your initial consultation (60 minute video call) with your nutrition practitioner - yay!
One week after your initial session, you will receive your plan/ protocol based on your individual goals and needs. This plan will strategically target your overall health from every angle (lifestyle, breathwork, supplements, movement, scheduling, and of course - food!) It works as a step-by-step guide for how to feel better and heal.
You will meet with your practitioner on a biweekly basis for your follow-up sessions (45 minute video call) to put your plan into action by setting small, achievable goals to get you closer and closer to feeling your best. Note that we can meet weekly instead if you need more frequent support!
The hardest part of making health changes for some people is actually knowing what to do. After trying so many different diets, reading so many different things on Instagram, I usually hear clients saying, “Please just tell me what to eat already!”
While health isn’t as simple as printing some 1200 calorie generic meal plan off the internet, it also doesn’t have to be so hard and confusing either.
To make the journey as straightforward and easy to follow as possible, we create a highly individualized plan after each initial consultation. We call it a “Battle Plan” because it strategically targets overall health from every angle (lifestyle, breath work, supplements, movement, scheduling, and of course- food!) It is a lengthy and extremely specific document that works as a step-by-step guide for how to feel better and heal.
e.g. “Reduce PMS symptoms”, “Cultivate a positive relationship with body and food,” “Reduce anxiety attacks,” “Lose weight lovingly,” “Optimize digestion, stress management, and sleep.”

The key to any good plan is a solid schedule so you can stick to your habits. You’ll get everything from a suggested meal ritual to a meditation, hydration, and movement schedule. I’ll break it down in a very individualized and easy to follow way that suits YOU and your life.

I had gained 30 pounds after a very stressful work year which caused me to emotionally eat and ditch my healthy habits (such as going to the gym, preparing my own food, and drinking a lot of water). I had attempted a lot of different things to lose the weight, including Nutrisystem, working with a personal trainer, exercising as much as possible, and joining online challenges (i.e. "DietBet"). At best, I would lose a pound every two weeks. I attributed some of my challenges to my thyroid issue as well, further making my weight loss challenge even more difficult.
After the first consultation with Michelle over the phone, I already felt so much better, therapeutic really, that someone understood what I was going through and that weight loss did not have to be impossible, even with a thyroid condition.
Long story short, in a few months I have lost 30 pounds (and counting!), learned how to eat right, have more energy and sleep better at night.
In addition to the weight loss, my thyroid numbers have miraculously fallen back into a "normal" person's range (which I think is possibly just as incredible), all based on diet alone. Michelle has become not only my dietitian, but my friend. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone else out there that is close to "giving up" or just "accepting" their body although they want to be healthier and make a positive lifestyle change.
